Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

Attach the Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
